RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Damaged/Defective: If your journal arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Unwanted Items: We accept returns for unwanted items within 14 days of delivery, provided the journal is unused, sealed (if applicable), and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
